Metal diamonds

Used to prepare the floor, removing roughness and unevenness. Good roughing is essential to speed up the subsequent stages of work. Normally two metallic grits are used: the first for roughing, the second to eliminate the lines of the first and prepare the floor for sanding.

SC SERIES Metallic diamonds characterised by excellent cuttability and long life, guarantee high quality results, preparing the surface for the subsequent use of resinoid diamonds.

SC - GIALLO Perfect series for wet grinding of marble surfaces, available from grit 40 up to grit 120; available in ring/disc form and in diameters 100/120/140/170/200/223mm, the tools can be customised with the number of sectors requested by the customer.

SC – VERDE This series is suitable for wet grinding granite surfaces and is available in grit sizes 40 -70 - 120 and in diameters 100/120/140/170/200/223 mm in ring/disc form. The tools can be customised with the number of sectors requested by the customer.

SC – BIANCO Series designed for wet and dry grinding of concrete etc. The tools are available in grit sizes 16 - 40 - 70 -120 and in diameters 100/120/140/170/200/223mm in ring/disc form. They can be customised with number of sectors as requested by the customer.

SC - PRISMATICO Series of diamond "commas" for roughing, characterised by an excellent ability to smooth all surfaces. The available grits are 16/30/40/70/120 and the tools are supplied with a different number of sectors according to requirements.

RR SERIES Metal diamonds of the highest quality whose main characteristic is their extremely long life. Sectors can be supplied in ring/disc form in all diameters or in prismatic form.

RR - GIALLO Diamond characterised by its coarse grain, specifically for roughing marble where there are pronounced roughnesses.

RR - AZZURRO Very fine grit, 400-600: an experienced sander can use it instead of resinoids because they achieve the same result but with much lower consumption.

DG SERIES – plates suitable for extremely demanding work.

DG PLATES

Suitable for extremely demanding work, they can be used on all machines with satellites from a diameter of 140 mm, are high performance and are available for different surfaces in grits 20/30/40/60/120/165.
