MB Easy - Small, compact, high-performance single-phase unit
A single-phase sander that is lightweight, compact and easy to handle, yet highly efficient.
Equipped with a 2.5 HP motor, speed adjustment and three 100 mm satellites, MB Easy is used on parquet with excellent results (but by changing the abrasives it can also work marble, granite, and concrete).
Designed for small and medium surfaces, it is perfect even in tight spaces thanks to its 300 mm planetary.
Its mechanical structure and weight of only 62 kg make it a machine that is easy to move: it can also be dismantled into five parts for even easier transport. It can be effortlessly driven with one hand, either front or rear, by changing the position of the handle, which is adjustable as well as the height of the wheels.
Changing abrasives is quick thanks to a magnetic system.
Pensata per ottimizzare le sue molteplici prestazioni, la MB2003 coniuga perfettamente un’alta resa ad ingombro e peso decisamente contenuti: a fronte di un peso di soli 90/100 Kg. infatti è in grado di affrontare qualsiasi lavoro, garantendo risultati eccellenti e grande comfort in fase di esecuzione.
Utilizzabile ad acqua o a secco, leviga indifferentemente tutti i tipi di pietra (marmo, granito, terrazzo, cemento etc.)
Velocissima, può sgrossare ampie superfici in pochissimo tempo con perfetta planarità.
Può sgrossare, levigare, lucidare, anticare, bocciardare, scarificare ecc.
Dotata di un maniglione regolabile, si guida con una sola mano in posizione eretta sia anteriormente che posteriormente.
Lavorando in posizione anteriore, è possibile controllare agevolmente il processo di sgrossatura, che comunque risulta perfetta sia per il tipo di doppia rotazione che per la dimensione del piatto, permettendo di velocizzare notevolmente le fasi successive della lavorazione.
Si smonta in due parti o tre parti (a seconda delle versioni) con un semplice movimento.
Usa utensili diamantati con ridotta produzione di fanghi residui ed è dotata di un attacco rapido per il cambio degli abrasivi.
La linea di lavorazione completa (diamanti metallici + diamanti resinoidi + feltri per la lucidatura) è contenuta in una valigetta di soli 8/9Kg. per una produzione di centinaia e centinaia di metri.
Può essere utilizzata anche come monospazzola perché predisposta per l’applicazione di un trascinatore della stessa dimensione del planetario.
La manutenzione è praticamente nulla.

MB2003PQ - Professional sander for wooden floors
MB2003PQ is a satellite sanding machine capable of satisfying the varied needs of sanding wooden floors and the demands of new finishes.
With just one sander, the operator can carry out, on all types of parquet and pre-finished wood, the work traditionally performed by three different machines: levelling - finishing - sanding the long wall.
MB2003PQ is characterised by high performance, total floor flatness, attention to the operator's well-being, who can easily guide it with one hand in an upright position thanks to the adjustable handle.
Roughing is perfect thanks to the double rotation and to the size of the plate, thus allowing to speed up subsequent working phases. The MB2003PQ leaves no marks and provides a good finish from the first pass. The MB2003PQ is also equipped with a quick-change attachment for changing abrasives.
Robust and reliable, thanks to the wide range of abrasives and diamond accessories, MB2003PQ can be used to sand screed; remove over-thickness and creasing of the substrate; remove resins and glues.
In addition to sanding traditional parquet, thanks to the sandpaper available in a variety of grits, MB2003PQ is exceptionally effective on all types of parquet and pre-finished wood.
It is also ideal for brushing and antiquing wooden floors.
It can be dismantled into two parts for easy transport.
