iNFORMATION AND MAINTENANCE

Menghini & Bonfanti's technical and commercial offices are always open to clients seeking information of a technical or commercial nature, with personnel available to converse in a range of languages.

In the case of technical issues or operational difficulties, you can take advantage of over-the-phone assistance initially, for suggestions on fixes, regular maintenance, tips to improve work performance or to remedy small faults. Any eventual explanatory material can be sent promptly through regular communication channels (fax, email, mobile phone, etc.).

  • ON-SITE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

An on-site service for any maintenance needs and the repair of M&B machines is available for clients by appointment.

  • EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

In cases of particular urgency, the company is able to provide immediate technical assistance on the machines upon having received advanced notice via a simple telephone call, to be coordinated in accordance with effective availability. Where necessary, M&B can offer "on-site" service upon coordination with the client.

  • BRIEF INITIAL TRAINING

After purchasing satellite machines, our personnel is available to provide information regarding routine maintenance, the proper upkeep of the machinery and for advice on the best use of the machines themselves.

Clients may request a short training session at their corporate headquarters for instructions on how to operate the machines.

  • ON-SITE DEMONSTRATIONS

Upon request, it is possible to arrange meetings at the corporate office to see the polishers in operation, to personally try them out and to learn the basics of using such machines together with the abrasive material in order to obtain the best possible results.

  • DEMONSTRATION AT EXTERNAL WORKSITES

In the case whereby it is necessary to assess the potential of the planetary grinders, subject to agreement, M&B is available to offer demonstrations by sending their personnel to a client's worksite. The aim is to allow the client to utilise the machines themselves, in a proper working environment, and to verify its performance even in presence of any eventual unforeseen problems, difficulties and particularities of the surfaces to be worked - all situations that often occur on-site.
